TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED [US$100] OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
